LCATS Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Committee

Purpose

1. To review, select, and recommend to the Policy Committee bicycle and pedestrian transportation plans, and make other bicycle and pedestrian transportation recommendations.
2. Evaluate and assist in the preparation of basic development policy goals and objectives to be applied in the formulation of bicycle and pedestrian transportation plans. The subject information will be forwarded to the Policy Committee in the form of a recommendation.
3. Discuss individual jurisdiction plans and programs as related to the regional bicycle and pedestrian transportation system, and where appropriate, recommend coordination of efforts.
